Victoria, 38, and Daniel, her former personal trainer, tied the knot in 2010. At present, she is next in line to the throne after her father, King Carl XVI Gustaf, who has ruled since 1973.

In 1980, three years after Victoria was born, Sweden changed its constitution to permit the eldest heir to inherit the throne regardless of gender.
