Game of Thrones Star Esm Bianco Shares Swimsuit Photo on the Beach

Bianco is enjoying the ocean in her swimsuit. In a recent social media post the Game of Thrones star (she played Ros) shows off her amazingly fit figure in a bathing suit while walking on the beach. "Wow. You look stunning Esme," one of her followers commented. "Lovely. Absolutely stunning," commented another. How does the 41-year-old maintain her health? Celebwell rounded up her top lifestyle habits.

Esmé is a reader. One Harvard study published in Social Science & Medicine found that people who read books regularly had a 20% lower risk of dying over the next 12 years compared with people who weren't readers or who read periodicals.

Esmé also takes baths as a form of self-care. She captioned a photo of herself, "at last." How can baths do your body and mind good? They have been linked to better sleep and even found helpful to minimize anxiety and depression. One recent study even found that they may even boast cardiovascular benefits.

Esmé  is very open about her mental health. "#IAmNotOk because I have to take multiple medications a day to treat my PTSD and anxiety, stemming from a #domesticviolence relationship I left years ago. I consider myself extremely fortunate that I can afford good medical care and therapy. Many survivors aren't that lucky," she captioned a post.

Esmé rides horses. "Ole Blue Eyes 💙 so good to be back in the saddle," she captioned a photo. According to the American Heart Association, riding horses is great for your health. Not only does it boost cardiovascular health, but builds core strength, burns calories, and lowers blood pressure. It is also great for your mental health as it helps relax you.

In her recent post, Esmé takes a walk on the beach. Going for a daily walk can be a game changer in terms of exercise, especially at a brisk speed. One study published in JAMA Internal Medicine found that walking at a brisk pace for about 30 minutes a day led to a reduced risk of heart disease, cancer, dementia and death, compared with walking a similar number of steps but at a slower pace.
